What's deleted
Everything you've saved in your AlHilo account: your people, their stories, their portraits, your notes, the associated files and your profile. Deletion is permanent, with no grace period and no internal trash.
What's kept, and for how long
Usage records (how much you used the service) and any support messages you sent are kept for up to 24 months, for technical and support purposes. They don't include the content of your threads.
How to request it
- From the app: Profile → Delete account. It's deleted immediately, no questions asked.
- Without the app installed: write to hola@alhilo.app asking for your account to be deleted. You'll get a response and it'll be carried out within thirty days.
